The secrets untold and the life your eyes represent. One would think that loosing everything that makes you identifiable would mean you run the risk of loosing your identity but by distorting all other features you are forced to focus on the eyes and all they represent, forced to appreciate something that people pay little attention to. As well as the unexposed being they hold behind them.
